This machine can detect Cartons automatically by proximity sensors and strap simultaneously. In case of online machine, the cartons can move directly from the main production conveyor on to the machine & no manpower is required.

- Speedy Packing: It can do 25 - 30 straps/ min, thus ensuring high production.
- Labor Cost Savings: This machine can easily pack equivalent to Four Semi Automatic Strapping Systems; thus good amount of savings can be made in labour cost.
- Material Cost Saving: As it seals the joints by method of heat sealing, hence, there is no requirement of metal clips. Further there is savings in strap cost as looping is not required.
- Low Maintenance: It is a technologically superior machine, thus, no or minimum maintenance is required.
- Strapping Tension: It can create tension up to 90 KgF, thus ensuring sufficient tightness of packages and minimal chances of loosening in transit as compared to packaging manual methods.
